Tiger nuts are consumed by so many people because of its nutritional values.
They can be freshly eaten or grinded to extract the milk juice. Tiger nut milk is a very nutritious and energy giving drinks which can be taken anytime by the young and old. Tiger nuts are rich in proteins, minerals (magnesium, Potassium) and Vitamins (C and E.)
